How can I purchase a product?
To be able to purchase one of our products you will only need to have an account, where all of your personal data will be saved, you will also have access to your invoices and details of your purchase. Debutànt allows you to pay with credit card, Paypal and Apple Pay in compatible devices. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is 100% secure, using Stripe platform and a certificate that assures the conexion is completely encrypted. Also our web complies with the new european law on electronic payments SCA (Reenforce authentication). Our platform does not have the option of saving payment details, so your card details will never be compromised.
In the purchasing process we only collect personal data that has a strict and only use to proceed with the payment. Data will never be transferred to third parties and at any moment you can use your right to consult, unregister or modify. Do you want to know more about our privacy policies?
We ship orders to Spain, Portugal and Balearic Islands, and other European union countries, South America, North America and Asia.
Our standard 3/4 days national shipments have three cost policies that vary on the different running promotions. First are the free shipments with no minimum order. The second fixed price is 3.40€ in all territories, no minimum weight. And third is the real shipment cost. In the latter two cases the shipments will be free when your purchases are over 45€. In this section you will be able to confirm what policy is running at each given moment, but will also be visible to you on other elements on our web.
Current Standard fee: fixed shipment costs 3,40€ in Spain and Balearic Islands.
For the rest of the countries we suggest to begin the checkout process and check the fee as rates vary dynamically.
Purchasing process and invoice
Everytime you purchase an item from our shop you will receive several emails: one when you complete the purchase and another when the courier has delivered the package. Our notices will provide a summary of your purchase. If you would like an invoice you can request one by completing this simple form and we will send an email with an invoice attached.
Remember that for us to be able to complete the invoice, you should have completed the fields of NIF/CIF during the purchasing process in the corresponding field.
Debutànt gives you a time slot of 15 days to return any item with no formal engagement. To proceed with a return you only need to complete this form. Once we have received the request we will proceed right away to explain the process based on the options you have chosen in the form.
Return and refund costs in Spain and Portugal. If the item you have received has a defect or has been damaged during delivery o it does not correspond to the item you bought, the exchange will be completely free. If you have asked for an exchange based on the wrong size or another item, the cost will be 2.80€ if you leave the package at the post office or 4.60€ if you request to have it collected from your address. In the case of refunding an item, the cost will be 3.90€ if you leave the package at the post office or 5.70€ if you request to have it collected from your address.
Return and refund costs in other countries. The refund or return rate will be indicated once the return form has been sent since the price varies depending on the country of origin.
Additional conditions. For Debutánt to accept a returned item, it will have to be in perfect condition, not have been used and with the original label in perfect condition. You must use the original packaging to return it.
On some occasions when a product is sold out our webpage will give you the option to reserve if it’s in production. These specific items will have an approximate date of when they will be in stock again.

If you have a promocional voucher, you can apply it in your purchasing process, in the shopping cart or in the payment option at the top of the page. Depending on the promotion, it’s possible that it won’t be able to be applied on already discounted products and that it won’t be accumulated with other vouchers.
